Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact, unless the item is faulty, misdescribed, or unfit for purpose as per the ACL.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@sneakerspa.store with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

Once approved, ship the item back to us. If the return is due to a fault, misdescription, or unfitness for purpose under the ACL, we will cover the return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your expense. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, unless a longer period is permitted under the ACL.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, but may be refunded if the return is due to a fault, misdescription, or unfitness for purpose under the ACL.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
